Nee, we hebben het hier niet over religieuze rituelen, al is een metafysische insteek nooit uitgesloten. Het gaat om handelingen die een zekere betekenis hebben en die keer op keer worden herhaald.<\/p>\n<p>De tentoonstelling belicht kunstvormen die verlopen volgens een protocol. Waarom willen sommige beeldende kunstenaars hun werk &#8216;overdoen&#8217;? Waarom herhalen ze gebaren of motieven?
